St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes
Laura made these cupcakes for St. Patrick’s Day. I guess they were the rainbow leading to the pot o’ gold or something like that. She got the recipe from a magazine, website, or something like that. All I know is that they were really good, and every time I bit into one I thought it looked so cool. So after my 8th one, I decided to take a picture. She wrote about them too.

Is there a recipe or just food color in the batter?
Yup, just batter with different food color in it, and then layered. Pretty easy.
